Why do we not have a Manual for us to know and understand our Body, Mind and Spirit? 

Well, That is what this website is for!  I am gathering everything that everyone needs in order to Maximize our Potential. it is  Sacred Knowledge that has Healed us from Pain and Suffering for Centuries that is God Gifted.

Understand that up until now, all of your Abusers have stolen some of your Life Force Energy, Your Will to Live, Your Joy and Self Worth. 

In order to Come into Your Power, you must Reclaim what was Stolen. 

You are a Power Source.   We are Energetic Beings.

Key to Maximizing your Potential is Understanding that we are Composed of Three Parts, Body, Mind and Spirit and to Know these parts of you, makes you better able to use them to your Benefit, which is  how you will Make use of the Power that you Hold.

We also need to Reclaim all Power that has been Stolen, whether through Coersion, Manipulation or Guilt.
