Our Beliefs Create our Thoughts which Creates our Perception which Causes our Actions which Create our Reality

When we Cleanse our Thoughts of Impurities, we Cleanse our Future Actions against our Self and Others.

What we are Exposed to Creates our Reality, 

If we are not exposed to it, it is near impossible to have it affect our Life.

It is necessary therefore to surround our Selves and all Children with Healthy Influences so that our Mind Remains Pure for as long as possible and thus Minimizing Unecessary Pain and Suffering.

We have been Gifted Plant Medicines such as Sweetgrass, Sage, Ratroot and Diamond Willow that Removes negative Energy and Spirits, Cleansing our Thoughts with its' Smoke.

We can Also Cleanse our Thoughts by Sharing the name Jesus Christ, as well as use our Free Will to no longer Deviate from who we are meant to be.   Meaning, the more that we Live a Righteous Life Serving God and Healing, the more that we will need to Be conscious of our Thoughts.  Darkness Loves when we are mingling with them as they seem Harmless. 

It is when we decide to Leave, that they notice us and grab us tightly and do what they can to keep us unhealthy, Impure and Harming our Self and Others.

Purifying our thoughts is the Act of No longer thinking negatively about our Self, others and Life in General.  ie.  "I am not going to get a good parking spot" or "I am going to have a terrible day",

It is Possible to have Completely Pure thoughts, it just take Time and Effort.
