SHADOW WORK - Self Soothing


Take at least 1-2 minutes per day, preferably as soon as you wake, to hold yourself tightly and imagine that you are someone else holding you. You then need to speak to yourself with the loving words that you WISH someone would speak to you. 

❤️Visualize your heart open-This is where the love is moving to and from. You’ll be making a sphere of energy moving in your chest.

❤️Constantly imagine you are healing with love as you say loving and encouraging words, visualizing as much love as possible.

❤️Believe and KNOW that the words are true as the receiver and open your heart wider to accept this knowledge and love. 

❤️ You are worthy. My love for you is unconditional, nothing ever has or will change that. You are not defined by labels or experiences. You are loved Eternally, Infinitely. 

❤️When receiving love, open your heart wide and feel that you are worthy

❤️Allow yourself to cry and self soothe, imagining you are someone else speaking to you. You need to be the person that you needed in the past as well as need now. You are your own savior.

❤️The more that you practice this, the easier it becomes and eventually you will no longer need to self soothe.

❤️It is your own love that you have been searching for. It is your own love that heals you.


By practicing this daily, you are increasing your vibration, doing shadow work, releasing what no longer serves your highest good, and healing yourself.
