CHEMICALS-Clear thinking is when our body is free of all toxins and foreign substsances. When we consume any chemical, it alters our biological system, clouding our ability to think clearly. Chemicals are placed in our food in small amounts so that we do not expire quickly but slowly get sick, causing us to seek help through doctors and a subscription to plant medicine with more chemicals added. This puts us in a vicious cycle of pain and suffering with no solution.
So, what do we eat?
We need real food. Food that God gave us to survive. The food that grows in nature on trees and bushes, plants and herbs. We need Life Force Energy to survive. Life Force Energy is absorbed by plants from the sun. We must try to grow our own and avoid GMO and pesticides.
We must understand that processed "food" is just fillers that serve no nutritional benefit to the human body, mind and spirit but in fact, cause disease and sickness. We actually need much less food than we are taught to consume.
