FACE CLEANSING ALWAYS BEFORE NATURAL FACE LIFT
I wash my face Daily to remove particles upon My skin. Pollution and Dirt accumulates and our Skin needs to be clean to be able to Breathe. It acts as a Filter and plugs easily if not cared for properly. We end up with rashes, acne, and painful abcesses.
We need to be Gentle with our Skin, but also Firm enough to wash off the impurities. We also need to Remember to cleanse our Face Spiritually as we wash, visualizing all of the particles that we can not see being removed. It is best to practice this Natural Facelift when we are able to Focus and Connect with our Hands and Face with Complete Relaxation. Cleansing and Hygiene are a Form of Meditation and should be Treated as a Sacred Time.
I wash my face with water and a cloth with a little bit of roughness so that it can exfoliate with a bit of pressure when I need a little deeper of a cleaning.
I do not use makeup or cleansers unless natural like honey and sugar to exfoliate.

Both hands, moving from collar bone front of neck to top of neck 5x
Both hands, moving from collar bone on each side to cheekbone then to ear 5x
Both hands same time, Chin-jawbone-earhole
Both hands unibrow to scalp up 5x, eye to temple 5x, repeat other side
Both hands same time Up down up down up down on forehead -end with temple circles 5x
Both hands same time, left right left right horizontal forehead 5x
Both hands center forehead, pull out and end above ears 5x

Pull Chin and jawline up with knuckles 5x Repeat
