If you have the time to learn only one method of coherent breathing, try a goal of inhaling slowly and controlled for four seconds, holding for two seconds, exhaling slowly for 4 Seconds and holding again for two more Seconds, visualizing a rectangle with each side lengthening the more that we practice.
Breathe slowly and controlled, not gasping or blowing excessively while counting.
Practice when you are ready for bed, showering or especially when stressed, as Breathing controls our Thoughts and our Thoughts control our Actions and our Actions define our Future.
