TOXIC FOOD INGREDIENTS TO AVOID


While the Government of Canada generally recognizes most additives on this list as ‘safe’, “generally recognized as safe” and “safe in small amounts”, studies are proving that we are deliberately being poisoned in a slow manner to allow us to be used for scientific experiments.  


Our Food, Diets, Injections and Medications are creating a Russian Roulette of Causes of Pain and Suffering upon our Body, Mind and Spirit.


My Purpose is to provide you with the Knowledge to eliminate causes of sickness using your own Free Will as this is Survival of the Fittest and you are making constant choices in how your Environment Creates your Reality.


2-Methylimidazole/4-Methylimidazole bread, soya sauce, beer. Lung tumors and Cancer

Aluminum: A preservative in some packaged foods that can cause cancer.

Azodicarbonamide: Used in bagels and buns. Can cause asthma.

BHA/BHT:butylated hydroxytoluene/hydroxyanisole A fat preservative, used in foods to extend shelf life. Linked to cancerous tumor growth. Reproductive, immune, endocrine, neurological systems attacked. Found in beer, cereal, butter and food with fat. CANCER


Brominated vegetable oil BVO: Keeps flavor oils in soft drinks suspended. Bromate is a poison and can cause organ damage and birth defects. Not required to be listed on food labels. It is a flame retardant in rocket fuel and beverages.  Found in energy drinks.  Thyroid, hormones, muscle coordination, inability to move, muscle loss, arrhythmia, memory loss and reproductive problems, fatigue, acne.

Butane: Put in chicken nuggets to keep them tasting fresh. A known carcinogen.

Calcium Propionate nausea, vomiting, headaches, insomnia, Diarrhea, ulcers, irritability, restlessness, reproductive abnormalities, permanent damage to gastric Mucosa.

Carrageenan: Causes ulcers & cancer, opens pores of intestines allowing undigested food into bloodstream.

Carnauba wax: Used in chewing gums and to glaze certain foods. Can cause cancer and tumors. 

Chlorine dioxide: Used in bleaching flour. Can cause tumors and hyperactivity in children. Attacks DNA.  Cancer.  Damages brain cells, anemia, destroys good blood cells.

Dioxin in Milk and Meat, reproductive and developmental, hormonal & immune system destroyer.  Cancer causing.

DISODIUM EDTA (EDTA) Breast cancer, kidney failure, seizures, LBsugar, Organ damage, headache, blistering, nausea

Disodium inosinate: In snack foods. Contains MSG.

Disodium guanylate: Also used in snack foods, and contains MSG.

Enriched flour: Used in many snack foods. A refined starch that is made from toxic ingredients. 

Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (MSG) Brain Cancer, Brain cell damage

Mercury-(consuming fish) vision, speech, healing and walking impairments.  Impaired neurological development in kids.

MEA/TEA/DEA Ethanolimine CompoundsLiver tumours, nasal cancer, liver cancer, reproductive, organ toxicity, tremors, brain development, memory function.

Magnesium sulphate: Used in tofu, and can cause cancer.

Margarine Increases cholesterol, heart attacks, heart disease, decreases insulin, lowers quality of breast milk, decreases immune response.  Lung, colon, rectum, breast, endometrium and prostate cancers.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG):aka DISODIUM INOSINATE found in ramen, chips, soups, spices. Brain cell damage, ADD, seizures, insomnia,lethargy. Flavor enhancer that can cause headaches. Linked to nerve damage, heart problems and seizures.

Nitrites/Nitrates Bowel and Stomach Cancer

Olestra: Fat-like substance that is unabsorbed by the body. Used in place of natural fats in some snack foods. Can cause digestive problems, and also not healthy for the heart.

Organophosphates (pesticides) add, adhd, endocrine, birth defects, genetic changes, nerve disorders, reproductive disorders.

Processed White Flour- colon and Kidney cancer.  Affects Insulin and blood sugar. 

Propyl gallate: Found in meats, popcorn, soup mixes and frozen dinners. Shown to cause cancer.  Kidney and liver problems. Estrogen, breast cancer, lose sperm count, fetal development

Propylene glycol: Better known as antifreeze. Mental issues, kidney and liver function, neurological issues, cardiovascular and respiratory issues.  Makes skin more absorbent to chemical. Amplifies being poisoned. 


Polysorbate 60: A thickener that is used in baked goods. Cancer.  Not Vegan.  Developmental and reproductive issues

Paraben: Used to stop mold and yeast forming in foods. Can disrupt hormones in the body, and could be linked to breast cancer.


Potassium bromate: Added to breads to increase volume. Linked to cancer of thyroid and kidney.  


Potassium Citrate High potassium is 40% more likely to have cancer.  Weakens immune system, nausea, vomiting, weakness, cardiac arrhythmia, confusion, stomach pain

Propyl gallate: Added to fat-containing products. Linked to cancer in humans

Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH): Geneticially-engineered version of natural growth hormone in cows. Boosts milk production in cows. Contains high levels of IGF-1, which causes various types of cancer. Thyroid, prostate, breast, colon cancer.

Refined Sugar-HIGH fructose corn syrup Metabolize and grows cancer rapidly.  Cancer superfood.

Refined vegetable oil: Includes soybean oil, corn oil, safflower oil, canola oil, and peanut oil. High in omega-6 fats, which are thought to cause heart disease and cancer.

Silicon Dioxide-Leaky gut syndrome, DNA and cell damage. Cancer.

Sodium nitrate: Added to processed meats to stop bacterial growth. Linked to cancer in humans. (Worst Offender)

Sulfites: Used to keep prepared foods fresh. Can cause breathing difficulties, dermatitis, hypotension, asthma, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Throat and stomach cancer. 

Sodium benzoate: Used as a preservative in salad dressing and carbonated beverages. A known carcinogen, cause DNA damage  When mixed with Ascorbic acid which is found in colas, juices, citrus fruits, breads and more makes cancer.  ADHD, DNA damage, appetite suppressant, increases disease risk, attacks immune system, allergies, liver, kidney and fertility.

Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: AKA Polysorbate 80 Used as a thickener in salad dressings. Colon cancer. Alters gut bacteria

Sodium Phosphate-Chronic heart and kidneys disease, weak bones, premature death. Laxative, causes diarrhea.  


TBHQ tert-Butylhydroquinone-Liver enlargement, neurotoxicity effects, paralysis, convulsions, nausea, attacks immune system, assists cancer growth. 

Artificial Sweeteners to Avoid

Artificial sweeteners are regulated by FDA, just as food additives are, but this does not apply to products ‘generally recognized as safe.

Acesulfame potassium: Used with other artificial sweeteners in diet sodas and ice cream. Linked to lung and breast tumors.


Aspartame: An excitotoxin, Can cause dizziness, headaches, blurred vision and stomach problems. Cancer, memory loss, seizures. Breast and obesity related cancer.

Bleached starch: Can be used in many dairy products. Thought to be related to asthma and skin irritations.


High fructose corn syrup: Sweetener made from corn starch. Made from genetically-modified corn. Causes obesity, diabetes, heart problems, arthritis and insulin resistance.


Saccharin: Carcinogen found to cause bladder cancer. (Worst Offender)


Sucralose: Splenda. Can cause swelling of liver and kidneys and a shrinkage of the thymus gland. Agave nectar: Sweetener derived from a cactus. Contains high levels of fructose, which causes insulin resistance, liver disease and inflammation of body tissues.


Artificial Food Colorings to Avoid


Annatto: Food coloring that can cause hyperactivity in children and asthma.

Brown HT: Used in many packaged foods. Can cause hyperactivity in children, asthma and cancer. Orange B: A food dye that is used in hot dog and sausage casings. High doses are bad for the liver and bile duct.

Bixin: Food coloring that can cause hyperactivity in children and asthma.

Blue #1: Used in bakery products, candy and soft drinks. Can damage chromosomes and lead to cancer.

Blue #2: Used in candy and pet food beverages. Can cause brain tumors

Brilliant Blue  Cancer 

Caramel coloring: In soft drinks, sauces, pastries and breads. When made with ammonia, it can cause cancer. Food companies not required to disclose if this ingredient is made with ammonia. Created by mixing sugar and ammonia.  Increases blood pressure, decreases white blood cells. Pepsi and coke products.

Citrus red #1: Sprayed on oranges to make them look ripe. Damages chromosomes and causes cancer.

Citrus red #2: Used to color oranges. Cancer causing

Green #3: Used in candy and beverages. May cause bladder tumors.


Norbixin: Food coloring that can cause hyperactivity in children and asthma.


Red #40: Found in many foods to alter color. All modern food dyes are derived from petroleum. A carcinogen that is linked to cancer in some studies. Also can cause hyperactivity in children. Banned in some European countries. (Worst Offender)

Red #2: A food coloring that may cause both asthma and cancer.

Red #3: A carcinogen. that is added to cherry pie filling, ice cream and baked goods. May cause nerve damage and thyroid cancer.

Tartrazine Cancer

Violet #2 Tumors, cancer

Yellow #5: Used in desserts, candy and baked goods,  kidney tumors, cancer

Yellow #6: A carcinogen cancer
