Thank you so much for your Patience as I Put Together this Path. It is an Honour to Be a Mother and it is an Honour to be in the Presence each of your Mothers, as our Role and Duty is Extensive and Challenging. We are Necessary for the Birth, Healing and Evolution of humanity and are Surviving Endless Attacks against our Selves which Includes the Attacking of Our Children
It is with Great Pleasure that i am able to Assist you in Reclaiming Your Role and Identity as a Sacred Mother. In order to do that, we must understand Who We Are, Why We Are Here and the Opposition we will have in order to Survive It.

5-minute Reset Breath Each Day, Take 5 Minutes to Either Destress You or Simply Bring You Back to a Relaxed State. Close Your Eyes, With Warrior Meditation Posture. (Shoulders rolled up and back, Spine Erect, Chin Parallel to the Floor and Palms Rested upon your Knees, Facing up or in Aadi Mudra (gentle fists with thumb inside and heel of fist upon your knee). This Practice Disconnects us from the Stress around Us as Others are trying Consciously and Unconsciously to Pull us into Chaos, Sickness and Stress. This is to Give us a Break so we Can Go Back into the War Zone of Life.
Evening Gratitude Ritual-Make a Point immediately Before or as soon as you are in Bed to Retire, and Think of All of the Blessings that you have had that day and then FEEL the ENERGY of Gratitude coming out of Your Heart. Stop the Gratitude and think of Another Blessing that day and Feel the Muscle of Gratitude. You can FEEL it in Your Heart. The More that You are able to Control Your Gratitude, the More You can Turn it on and off. Move that Gratitude Feeling to things in your Home. (Warm Water, Your Bed, Food etc.). Keep the Gratude ON about the things today, and also Turn it on for Your Health Gratitude. Begin Turning on Your Power. (Gratitude) as it is Your Light Source and it Repels Darkness and Negativity. It Weakens their Power because their Goal is to Harm Us, Not Help Us.
Calm Home Reset-Take 15 Minutes in a Safe Space where you will not be Disrupted to Sit in Silence in Warrior Meditation Posture, Shoulders rolled up and back, Spine Erect, Chin Parallel to the Floor and Palms Rested upon your Knees, Facing up or in Aadi Mudra. Close your eyes and with Each Breath, your muscles are relaxing further and further. with Each Inhale you are Focusing on expanding Your Chest until your shoulders are lifted, belly is full and then with Control, Exhaling Slowly, and Your Shoulders Drop, Emptying Your Belly compeletey and maintaining Calm Control and NOT Gasping for Air as You Continue the Cycle, each time attempting to Lengthen the time that you are inhaling and exhaling, for 15 Minutes. (set a timer with a relaxing tone or sound to maintain your Calm State). Try and Maintain this heart rate as much as possible as that is Not Allowing the Stress of Everything Outside of You to Affect You. This is How you become Unaffected by Your Surroundings.
Relax Your Shoulders as Often as you can Remember. Open Your Chest to make more room for your Lungs and Heart. When we are Dying, we Shrivel Up. Good Posture is Health and Longevity because You are not Shriveling up with Your Own Free will. Predators seek those with Weak Postures. It minimizes Unncecesary Pain and Suffering to Be Relaxed and Have Good Posture. A Warrior Is Confident and it Shows in their Posture.
Remember to be as Wise as a Fox and as Gentle as a Deer. We must Keep Our Mind Open in order to Learn and also to Observe how The Enemy (anyone that Maliciously Harms You, Your Mother or Your Children) will Attack. We Must be Obervant which Mean our Mind MUST be OPEN and Paying Attention to Everything around You. You can no longer Trust anyone Else to Protect You.
SPIRIT
Breathe in Power from Creator feeling it swirl around you Gathering the Sickness and Negativity and Exhaling it in a Controlled, Slow Breath, Pushing Away any and all forms of Negativity and Sickness. Your Exhale is Your POWER in the Spiritual World. The Slower and more in Control it is, the Stronger and More Powerful Your Aura (Force Field) is to Repel Darkness. Release your COURAGE from Your Heart Center with the Exhale and Spray it outward, Further and Further, Cleansing everything around you.
