Courage Bear Bracelet
Indigenous Healing Kit Instructions
This healing kit is created to support personal reflection, strength, and transformation at home. Through guided intention and creation, you will turn lived experiences into something meaningful and beautiful that can be carried with you each day.
What Is Included
Small bear figure representing yourself, your strength, and your spirit
Assorted beads representing obstacles, lessons, and experiences
Elastic string for creating your bracelet
Wooden marker representing home, purpose, or personal goals
Purpose of the Kit
This practice helps you recognize your journey. Each obstacle is acknowledged rather than hidden. By naming your experiences and shaping them into a bracelet, you transform struggle into medicine and beauty. The bracelet becomes a reminder that every challenge you have faced is part of your path forward.
Instructions
Begin by finding a quiet space where you can sit comfortably without interruption. Hold the bear in your hand and take several slow breaths. Reflect on yourself as strong, present, and continuing your journey.
Place the wooden marker in front of you. This marker represents your home, healing, or the goal you are moving toward. Speak your goal aloud or silently. Your goal may be peace, healing, clarity, balance, forgiveness, or any intention meaningful to you.
Place the bear at a starting point facing the wooden marker. You will now walk your path.
Choose one bead at a time. For each bead, name an obstacle, struggle, or life experience you have faced. You may speak the words aloud or hold them quietly in your thoughts. After naming the obstacle, place the bead between the bear and the goal marker. Continue until you feel your path is complete.
When all obstacles have been acknowledged, begin threading the beads onto the elastic string. As you add each bead, reflect on how that experience shaped your strength and growth. Tie the elastic securely to form a bracelet.
Place the bracelet on your wrist. Take a moment to recognize that you have created something meaningful from your experiences. The bracelet represents resilience, survival, and transformation.
Hold the bear once more and acknowledge that your journey continues and that you walk forward with strength.
Meaning of the Symbols
The bear represents you, your courage, and your spirit walking the path of life.
The beads represent obstacles, lessons, and lived experiences that become part of your story.
The wooden marker represents home, healing, and the future you are moving toward.
The bracelet represents transformation and the beauty created from overcoming challenges.
Closing Reflection
This practice may be repeated whenever you begin a new chapter, face challenges, or wish to reconnect with your strength. Each time you wear the bracelet, remember that your story carries wisdom and that healing is a living journey.
Wichari Grief/Trauma Ritual Kit Instructions
This kit is created to support gentle grieving, remembrance, and emotional release through intentional practice. The ritual honors the natural movement of grief and provides a quiet way to carry, acknowledge, and transform heavy feelings with care and respect.
What Is Included
Cloth medicine bag
Selected stone chosen for grounding and remembrance
Card with Link to Instructions
Purpose of the Kit
Grief and Trauma are not something to be rushed or removed. It is carried, felt, and slowly transformed. This ritual allows you to place your Pain and Suffering outside of yourself for moments at a time, giving your heart space to rest while still honoring what has been lost. The stone becomes a physical place to hold emotions, memories, and words that may be difficult to carry alone.
Instructions
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be interrupted. Sit calmly and hold the stone in your hands. Take slow breaths and allow your body to settle.
Bring to mind the person, loss, or experience you are grieving. Speak their name if you wish, or hold the memory silently. Allow feelings to arise naturally without forcing or controlling them.
Hold the stone close to your heart. Share what you are carrying. You may speak aloud, whisper, or speak within your thoughts. You may express sadness, anger, love, questions, or gratitude. There are no correct words.
When you feel ready, gently place the stone into the cloth bag if you are not finished filling the Stone with Your Unhealed Emotions. As you do, recognize that your Pain and Suffering is being held with care. The bag symbolizes a resting place for heavy Emotions when you need moments of relief.
Close the bag and sit quietly for a few breaths. Acknowledge that the Emotions continue to exist, but you do not need to carry its full weight every moment.
Place the bag somewhere meaningful such as beside your bed, on an altar, or in a personal space until you are Ready to Give the Suffering to Mother Earth. You may also carry it with you when additional comfort is needed, used as a Worry Stone.
Return to the ritual whenever grief feels heavy. Each time you hold the stone, you may add new words, memories, or feelings. Over time, the practice supports balance between remembrance and living forward.
When you are Done Filling the Stone, you bring it to a water source and make an offering of Tobacco if Possible-Removing the Filter and Paper from a Cigarette and Disposing in the Trash and Sprinkling the Loose Tobaccon upon Mother Eartth. You then Toss or place the Stone in the River, lake or Pond etc, or bury it deep into Mother Earth for her to Recycle into Healing as she Comforts You, taking away your Pain.

Medicine Bundle
Courage Healing Kit
This Medicine Bundle is created to support personal healing, self-reflection, and growth through symbolic practice rooted in intention, storytelling, and transformation. Each item represents part of the human journey from hurt toward truth, voice, and renewal. The bundle may be used alone, in teaching, or within healing circles.
Mini acrylic bear representing courage, voice, and personal strength
Wooden star representing yourself or another person connected to your healing
Wooden egg representing the self and inner life
Wood half sphere base for holding or displaying the egg
Modeling clay for identifying and releasing trauma or limiting beliefs
Beads representing obstacles, supports, and blessings
String for optional bracelet creation
Feather representing truth, clarity, and respectful communication
Truth card for affirmation and reflection "How Can I Support My Healing and Creation of Reality?"
Fabric medicine bag for storage and safekeeping
Healing begins by recognizing what we carry and choosing what we keep. Many experiences attach themselves to us through words, harm, or repeated beliefs. When these experiences are not understood or released, they can harden and limit growth.
This bundle guides you through identifying those experiences, removing harmful beliefs, and consciously replacing them with truth. Through creation and reflection, awareness becomes action and healing becomes something you can see, touch, and return to.
When you are born, you are like a chick inside an egg waiting to emerge into the world. Harmful words, bullying, trauma, and abuse are like clay being thrown onto the eggshell. If no one teaches you how to remove these things, they harden and make it difficult to break free and live fully.
This practice helps you recognize what has been placed upon your shell so you can remove it, reclaim your voice, and move toward a healthy and fulfilling life.
Sit in a quiet place where you feel safe. Lay all items in front of you and take slow breaths to settle your body and mind.
Hold the acrylic bear and reflect on courage, boundaries, and your right to speak your truth.
Place the wooden star inside the egg. The star represents you. The egg represents your inner self and potential.
Rest the egg on the wooden half sphere.
Hold the egg in your hands.
Take a small piece of clay and place it on the eggshell while naming an experience, belief, or person that caused harm. Name the emotion connected to it.
Continue adding clay pieces for each experience you wish to acknowledge.
When finished, observe how much of the egg is covered and reflect on how these experiences may have made it harder to grow or feel free.
When you feel ready, gently remove each piece of clay.
As each piece is removed, replace it with truth spoken aloud or silently.
Example
“No one likes me” becomes
“I am loved and appreciated and deserve to be here.”
This step symbolizes recognizing experiences without allowing them to define you.
Hold the feather and take a slow breath. The feather represents truth, integrity, honor, and respect. Use it to gently brush the egg or hold it near your heart as a symbol of renewal. Place the Feather in View as a Reminder to Reconnect with Your Breath when You are Triggered or Emotional.
You are creating a new habit by naming harm and replacing it with truth, helping break cycles carried within you.
Remove the star from the egg and place it in front of you.
Choose an item or space to represent your goal, courage, justice, or voice and place it opposite you as your destination.
Select one color of beads to represent obstacles. Select other beads to represent supports and blessings.
Name each experience and feeling as you place beads between yourself and your destination.
Reflect on the balance between obstacles and supports. Support can come from friends, family, animals, learning, movement, creativity, or community.
Thread the beads onto the string to create a bracelet if desired. Wearing it symbolizes balance between struggle and support.
Keep out of reach of small children due to choking hazard.
Read the Truth card aloud or silently. Allow the words to settle within you.
Return all items to the fabric medicine bag when complete. The bundle may be revisited whenever healing work is needed.
